Anyone know when SOL 2012 will be released, do they release the List 2 months before july like a draft or do they release exactly on july ? plz help

According to the 2011 SOL PDF timestamp it is 3/June/2011 and according to the timestamp in other site New Skilled Occupation List (SOL) From 1 July 2011 it is 11/June/2011
