Anyone know when SOL 2012 will be released, do they release the List 2 months before july like a draft or do they release exactly on july ? plz help

if someone can figure out or tell us when last year they released the SOL 2011 then i think we can know when they release 2012 or at least if they release like a draft onethat would be a very hard guess.
keep on checking the website frequently...
