I have applied for a partner visa and the signature on the passport is slightly different to the one on the marriage certificate.
What can I do if I get asked a question from Immigration?

Get affidavit made and sign both the signatures (old and new) and notarize your declaration. Also, upload more documents having those two signatures as a proof of change of signatures.

Thanks for your comment. I have been thinking the same.

Should I wait until they ask?

This is not a cheque you have issued to a bank that they will verify your signature

The CO will be least bothered with your signatures

Under no circumstances, raise the issue on your own and reply as suggested above, if specifically asked for by the CO

Cheers
