I recently passed english exam with superior level, and would get 20 points for english during EOI.

So, even without work experience i can reach 60+ points, as below

Age (<30 years) - 30
Education - 15
English - 20
Total - 65 Points

In this scenario, is it possible to directly submit EOI, without skill assessment?
Any advise is highly appreciated

Without Skills assessment how will you claim points for your education ?
You degree has to be assessed as AQF and your experience relevant to your chosen ANzsco code
