According to http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/pdf/points-tested-visas.pdf

"Phasing out of existing points tested skilled migration visa subclasses:
•From 1 July 2012, points tested skilled migration visas granted outside Australia (subclasses 175, 176 and 475) will be closed for new applications
•From 1 January 2013, points tested skilled migration visas granted in Australia (subclasses 885, 886 and 487) will be closed for new applications."

Does this mean that onshore applications have 6 months more to apply for 885 without EOI (SkillSelect)?

I am preparing documents for application for 885 online. Please advise me the following questions:

1. How many forms of Form 1276 should be filled? The applicants are I, my wife and our son (10 years old).

2. In the form 1276, in page 28, there are 9 places only on “Brothers and sisters (including full, half, step and adopted brothers and sisters)” while we have more than that. How to include them?

3. Payment of the correct Visa Application Charge:

How to provide the evidence for this? In the page Professionals and other Skilled Migrants visa charges – In Australia , the department does not say how to do so. Should I go to a post office and make an money order for that? If so, what will be filled in “Payable to”?

Also, is the amount $2960 (1st installment)? If so, will we be waived $4110 (2nd installment) if my wife has requested IELTS points before CO asks for the 2nd installment (I mean after lodging or it is required at the time of lodging visa)?
