I am an IT Professional from Manila, Philippines. I am qualified to work in Australia under Skilled Visa Program. Please see my scores below:

1. Where to apply in seeking for a Sponsorship Program?
2. Which is OK.. A sponsorship or independent skilled visa?
3. What are the requirements I need to prepare when I pursue for an independent skilled visa?

You should contact recruiters for your occupation in case you can get a company that will sponsor you. More common is to do an independent skills application.

At this time employer and state sponsorship have the highest priority processing, after that are CSL and MODL (in demand skills lists), and finally all other applications.

If you are in CSL or Sponsored categories you can get a PR visa in 6-9 months. All other categories take 12-24 months.

Do a search for CSL, MODL, and sponsorship on the forum as the topics come up quite a bit. Also you can look at the Immi website about processing priority.
