If I have started working in a skilled occupation (electronics engineering) for Australia’s PR visa subclass 189, during my undergraduate studies of that occupation, does it count as skilled assesment? Or does only the time it passed count after I have had a bachelor degree on that occupation?

In other words I've started to study electronics engineer in 2012 September, and started working full time in an electronics company in 2013 June and graduated from electronics engineer and had my bachelor diploma in 2016 June. So am I eligible to have a skilled assesment for longer than 3 years category?

Thank you guys all for the answers.
