Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply for General Skilled migration visa (Subclass 175).
I have a query regarding my experience with respect to documentation required.

I have 6+ year of IT experience, however during start of my carrier while i was studying ,i joined a company as a project intern .During my tenure with the company after some time company has offered me permanent position .

After a year time i got better opportunity and moved out of company, at the time of my release company has issued relieving and expereince letter to me, however here is the catch since i joined them as project Intern and later on confirmed with the company, they have issued me relieving letter which state the Date since i joined them as Project Intern.

As i came to know , for Skill assessment we have submit all Offer letters and experience letters of companies we have worked with, since i joined the company as Project Intern i dont have Offer letter or any kindof document to support the starting date mentioned in the relieving letter of the company,only thing i have is the duplicate copy of project certificate issued by company and offer letter issued by them at the time of confirmation with the company.

My confusion is if i go ahead with these documents, it will create confusion as the relieving letter shows different date of my start while the offer letter issue date is different

Any help is greatly appreciated, also can i take this query to ACS will i get any sort of postive reply from there end.

Anyways for ACS you need a detailed experience letter mentioning all tech/proj you worked. if you are planning to approach them now for getting this letter, ask them to give the letter as per your reqs.
But I doubt if they can count on your project intern period.

That's ok i dont want to get my Project Intern duration as part of my experience, But since this company has offered my employment after sometime, i want to include that period in my experience.But the dates in my relieving letter and offer letter are not matching that is the problem.

Also this is consulting company i was deputed for work to some other company from them, which they have mentioned in there relieving letter.h

This consulting company is now closed, however i can get the experience letter certificate which certify my tools and technology i have worked during that duration from a manger of company where i was deputed at.

oh the company is closed. then when you get the stat declaration from that manager, include the period also.

if i understand correctly, your start date as intern is X. You got permanent position in Y. You quit on Z date. Now you relieving letter has start date as X and end date as Z.

you want it to have start date as Y. I am right?

Yeah you got it perfectly correct..

man that is simple.

have a official doc that stays you started on date X. something they would give to you to invite you to do a project there. if u got any stipend attach that slip
have a official doc that stays you became permanent on Y. some sort of confirmation letter
attach the final relieving letter.

if ACS comes back to you, explain your stand clearly.

sometimes we feel ACS is very strict when it is actually not. you have all legitimate docs so nothing to worry.

When you say official doc you mean the experience certificate from Manager on Stamp paper which state the duration , designation and my technical responsibilities i have worked during that duration.

Also is there any email Id where i can post my query to ACS and explain them the scenario.

official doc is like something your company gave you on their letter head with somebody undersigned it.

lodge the app and let the CO be assigned. Then you can explain directly to his mail instead of sending it to general inquiry mail.

And the content will be my term dates with the company,Designation and my responsibilities in term of my tools and technology used.

yup. make sure the content is inline with the ANZSCO code you are choosing. they assess your skill code only by the letter you are going to provide.

When you say content for ANZSCO, i am applying for Software and Application Programmers.

So you mean the task mentioned for this skill..

Did you go thro ACS skill code descriptions? Your choose sw/app progms. It has a skill code and ACS expects you to have worked on the areas/tech they mentioned in that doc. you have to have exp letter inline with that description else you may have -ve result
