We have the same situation forever_young. I also got 7.4 when I applied for assessment in November 2016. The result comes out in February 2017 and up to now, I am working in the same company. I am planning to submit EOI but I am holding back because maybe I didn't meet the required 60points. My IELTS is also 6 which is no additional points.
I also want to fast track my application because next I will turn 40.
