Hi Experts,

I have a simple question.
I received an email from the CO regarding getting my medicals done.
I have completed that and the status says:" Medicals finalized".

Now, in the letter from the CO, it mentioned the following:
"You must respond to this request within 28 days after you are taken to have received this letter. You should provide your response in writing."

I think using eMedicals, everything is done online.
Because the letter from CO says "You should provide your response in writing.".

Should I mail the CO separately and inform that the medicals are done and the status says as "Medicals Finalized" ?

Basically, is it necessary for me to mail the CO and inform about it because the status also says: "There is on need to contact the department regarding this matter at this stage".

I'm a little confused!!

Oh yeah.. just remembered another thing:
2 - How long might it take from now to get the grant? ;)
As everything else is done. CO asked just for medicals in the request.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like a copy'n'paste error too me ;). But you can send a polite email, asking if s/he requires anything else w.r.t. the medicals since it says "finalised" on the ImmiAccount.

Agree, they copy and paste everything. Probably working several applications at the same time so slight error made, wouldnt worry about it.
I had the 'respond in writing email' but I needed to provide extra medical checks due to epilepsy. Yours look like they are done :)
