I went thru assessment of my EOI on basis the new SMC rules and I fall short by 5 points to be eligible for automatic selection from SMC pool. That said, If I proceed to submit my EOI and in ean time give my lucky shot for Silver Fern JSV and in wildest miracle ever I get it..can I use the EOI in SMC pool to resubmit once I get a Job offer to process my RV? My query is completely hypothetical, but I wish to know if it is good that way...Please guide.
