I'm a British citizen . I wanted to bring my mother here in UK after my father passed away in 2005 as she is living alone and I'm the only son. However her application and appeal was refused on three grounds. #1.She is not over 65 #2. She had her brother and sister living in Bangladesh #3. She is receiving UK state pension around £100 every month

Now, she is going to be 65 in June 2012 and we would like to apply again, however the situation is little tricky as she was refused in past, also she is receiving Pension from UK as my father was receiving pension, so we cannot show that she is fully financially dependent on me. If I send £200 every month for her living expenses would that be sufficient to prve that she is depend wholly or mainly on me for money?

Also how can we prove that "you have no other close relatives in your own country who can support you financially"? They may say again that she has brothers and sisters in Bangladesh who could she turn for financial help. Actual situation is, her brothers and sisters have their own family and most of them are unemployed and they are struggling to maintain their own family. How can they help my mom financially? How can we prove that?
