Hi all,

The SET(M) form states the following in the "Documents" section:

"The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole period you are relying on."

So when you are applying under the "5-year route" - do you need to provide 5 years worth of correspondence? They only want 3 items in joint names - so difficult to spread "evenly" over 5 years...

Or just 2.5 years as the other 2.5 years had to be present in order to obtain the second FLR(M).

Thanks!

That is a good question! I would have thought that it only refers to the last two and a half years as you provided evidence for the two and a half years previous to your application for FLR(M). However there is a section at the end asking for evidence of having lived in the UK for the entire five years so we will provide evidence of that in the form of council tax bills and maybe something else so, in fact, the whole five years would be covered. I would be glad to hear how others are dealing with this.
