Hi,

I don't understand why ppl r saying that if we send PLE then CO will get irritated, my exp follows:
I sent many PLE but I did not get reply from same person. So, I hope the things work as follows:
Our information is stored in central database, so, whenever we send PLE we get an automated reply from the system with reference number and these PLE's are answered by support ppl in sequence of date not by CO......these support ppl check our information in the system and updation whatever done by CO would be available in the central database. So, these support ppl just extract the information and reply to us......there is no involvement of CO for any PLE...........this is my understanding from my previous PLE bcos I never got reply from same person neither CO.

Dear friends,
All the PLE is not automatic reply, some of them diac officer will give reply to you.Just i give an example PLE as follows....
Thank you for your feedback received on 16 January 2010 which has
been referred to me for follow up and reply.

The Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre (ASPC) recognises that the time
taken to process this application is causing you concern, however, the
Department of Immigration and Citizenship has a responsibility to the
Australian community to safeguard the integrity of its Migration
Program. To to meet this responsibility, the Department is required to
assess your application against all the relevant criteria and as you
are aware this may involve verification of information by external
organisations.

Some aspects of the verification process can take a significant period
of time to complete, since they may require the cooperation of various
authorities and organisations which can include those from the
applicant's country of origin. The Department does not have control
over the time this verification will take where other organisations are
involved; therefore, I am unable to give you a definitive date for when
the verification process will be complete. Once all verification checks
have been completed your visa application will be processed further,
however, I can confirm that it is not possible to finalise your
application before these requirements are met. Once the verification
processes are completed your case officer will contact you if they
require further documentation to finalise your application.

Please note, Department Case Officers have access to various checklists
which may not be viewable by applicants. Therefore although you may have
submitted the relevant documents they may still be showing as,
"Required". Your Case Officer is aware of your concerns and has been
following up your case and the associated verification checks.

Kind regards

xxxxxxxxxx

After i got the reply from the Diac my online status now shows everything is "MET" except the work experience is "Received"

Thanks
