Hello All,

I am planning to submit the assessment for AACA and have got a doubt.

Can someone clarify if Semester mark sheet and transcript are different things?

Yes, they are different.
The college issues a transcript in which all the details about the total subjects and marks are represented in GPA form, that will accept in foreign institution.
Just contact the college and they will guide you to get it.

Thanks, I always thought both are the same thing, Surprisingly, in another occasion, ACS accepted my PDF containing all semester mark sheets.

Right. But most authorities would accept marksheets of individual years unless they particularly ask for transcripts. But in such cases they need the universities to send it directly to them rather than you submitting it.

Yeah that's true. But I have always submitted the transcript in a seal cover with stamping on the cover by the college.

So, it's better to ask them what is required.
