Hello everyone

I am urgently seeking a recommendation of an outstanding attorney with a good track record and specialisation in French inheritance laws. Preferably residing in Paris or Tournus but more important is a highly reputed person.

If you are one or know of anyone could you possibly direct me to them please.

Thank you.

If I get a chance to go back through my records on my own inheritance, I will give you the details. The lawyer did not work for me, but for the estate and it seems to me was very knowledgeable. Don't hold me to it, as I have a mountain of paperwork on the matter!

Anyway, good luck and be prepared for a lengthy process.

Thank you very much! I understand that the laws in France regarding inheritance are very intricate and have educated myself as much as I have been able to over the internet. I now need the assistance of an excellent attorney who can take over.

Have just dragged out a small portion of the paperwork and I have the firm's details, however it turns out they are in Aix-en-Provence (silly me!). Anyway, French estate (Probate) law is one of the firm's core practice areas. Or perhaps they can recommend a Paris firm. I'll PM you the details.
