I am a lawyer from Bangladesh. Planning to move in OZ. In what category should i apply? OSL requires barrister and solicitor. ENSOL requires lawyer. please suggest me.

One thing more i would like to know, if i apply under ENSOL, the PR system and duration of stay in first five years etc. are same?

Hi, I'm just trying to be realistic. But the lawyer immigration is generally geared towards countries with a similar "Common Law Anglo-Saxon" system. Countries like UK, US, Japan and etc. because laws are so different in other countries I don't see how a lawyer will be able to find a job unless they are prepared to completely retrain. This is especially obvious for people from countries with religious based laws like Bangladesh.
