Very rarely & only in exceptional circumstances.

Should a non-EU citizen be offered employment, the employing company has to prove to the government that no EU citizen is available to take the job.

Whilst the application is being processed, the job applicant has to be in their country of usual residence, which of course isn't Spain, since the Schegen visa is for visiting, not residence.
