I am hoping that someone can speak from personal experience. I am contemplating importing a car I own from Italy. However, I only want to do this if I can ultimately sell the care here in Dubai before I leave in about a year or so. Does anyone know if you can sell a car that you imported? Are there any limitations as far as the time period which you must drive it?

Your car didn't come with free shipping back to the US? Is it US spec? I'm pretty sure you can import it and sell it in UAE.
