Hello People,
Found this site after trying to seek answer for my problem since 2 days.
Someone please help.
I work in a NSW government organization. My RSMS was sponsored by my employer NSW health 6months ago...and I am a PR.
I am now terminated from employment on a misconduct.
My employer has terminated my employment
Is my PR under trouble???
Should i advice DIAC that my employer has terminated my employment?
Will it be a problem to my visa if DIAC knows it was done because of misconduct??
One of my mates at work said I can work anywhere in Aus if I can find employment
Is there any obligation on my end to contact DIAC??
I guess the employer breached the visa terms although he cannot provide me employment because of my conduct
I am stressed.
Please help with advice
