Hello,

I am in the middle of appeal process on refused spouse visa.
I was already in UK at the time of refusal, and currently in UK as appeal hasn't finished.
I understand I have the same right as my previous visa, which was Tier 5 YMS visa,
and have right to work.
I was wondering if I also have the right to get in and out of the country freely,
or does my appeal gets automatically withdrawn if I leave the country ?

Also, If i am allowed to leave and come back, would there be any documents that I need to show at the custom showing that I am in the midst of appeal, and have legal right to stay in UK ?

Thank you
