Hi,

As is known now, the process has Changed for when applying for a settlement Visa from Pakistan. All supporting documents need to be sent to Sheffield.

My Question is whether this is the case for right of abode applications from Pakistan as well?

Thanks

Why are you applying for ROA certificate? Most applicants today are British citizens so only need to apply for British passport.

Hi Joppa,

My daughter is 7 months old and is in Pakistan at the moment. She is a BC (under section 3 (2)) and a British Paasport could take 6 months (especially in Pakistan), whilst, although more expensive, the ROA-COE is generally a faster process.

So should I send the supporting documents for my daughter's ROA to Sheffield or still to the VAC in Pakistan?

Thanks
