My wife is panicking somewhat having read on the UKBA website that they will not return any documents should the return postage not be prepaid in advance. We set up a FedEx account with our credit card details at the time of postage for any future expenses in advance so I assume that postage will simply be taken care of and billed to us at that time via that account. Is that correct or should we be worried?

Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

You have to enclose a return waybill, and open an account with FedEx (most popular choice) so that return carriage will be charged to your account (you can't pay in advance because you don't know how much the return package will weigh, as Home Office will remove some copies to be retained).

We enclosed an envelope of the same size as the original package with the return address. Is that the same thing? As I said we have a FedEx account set up for any relevant charges.
