Hello all,

Please i will like to hear from well informed moderators and members.

I do have Retained right of resident after divorced my EU national partner of which when ever i intent to apply for Permanent resident i do not have to provide my ex ID but just recently Home office has been rejecting people with ROR for not providing their ex ID under regulation 21 of the new EEA 2016 Regulation and offer either an appeal or re submission. All this never happened up till end of July 2017. But is real now.

Can anyone fight and win this as i do not think the regulation comes from Brussels and it's just to frustrate people who already have ROR so that they don't apply for PR before Brexit that will fail.

Thanks and hope to hear from you all.
