Hello everyone,

I would like to know about the RRV. I had been granted a PR visa of Australia from India and hv been there in the year 2000. but i cud not complete my stay period of 2 years to be eligible for a citizenship. this was due to certain circumstances not in my control. Now after so many years i have decided to visit australia. i would like to know -

- if my PR visa is still valid or
- am i eligible for a PR now or RRV.
- what is the alternative

Request if anyone can guide me in this regard

Well, as per the rules, you’re not eligible for the RRV. The exception can be made if you present a compassionate and compelling case to the department as to why you could not be in Australia
