Hello All,
I am planning to write a mail to the generic mail id of ACS inquiring about my ACS assessment (which was not favourable). I just have a simple query. Once I send a mail to the generic mail id of ACS, will the reply come back from that very same id or will the reply come from my CO. I have already asked my CO of the things that I want to ask regarding my assessment but everytime I get the same standard words / response from my CO. So hoping to get more clarity from generic mail id of ACS.
Please advice.
