We're also moving next year, with family etc...
What we'll do and seems to have worked with other people here in the Forum, is to explain on the application we don't have all those things yet, because we just landed and offer 3 months rend upfront.
Also because on arrival (without jobs to go to) we can see houses during the day, we'll try to secure a house and apply before the actual date people are supposed to visit, not to have to compete against famly with more background than us.
Also well take a file of morgage payments, and bills etc, for here for them to see we did keep a mortgage here and we're a responsible family.
