Hi all,

I am renewing my Spouse visa for another 2.5 years this month under new rules. When I initially applied for my spouse visa in 2013, I submitted a copy of my original transcripts I gained from the Master's degree I completed in the UK to meet English requirements.

Although the following is stated in the application guidance doc, it's not very clear that if it's OK not to provide evidence again:

You 'may not' need to provide evidence of meeting the English language requirement if you have
previously done so as part of a successful application for leave as a partner or parent, or if you
sat your approved English language test on or after 6th April 2015.

If anyone else is in a similar situation, could you please share your experience whether the transcripts and uni letter had to be resupplied?

Thanks,
Sora
