We are in the process of leaving Dubai shortly. A quick question, I have an LPG gas connection. What can I do with the cylinder? Can i return it along with the regulator to the gas company? Any recommendations on international movers and packers?

Leave it outside the property (not in the sun!) if a villa, or in the rubbish room if in an apartment - someone will manage to 'recycle it' for you

If you were in the Uk you would leave it outside your front door with a sticker saying it was valuable and please leave alone and it would have been appropriated in less than 24 hours

Long time back we gave away ours to the LPG company which used to provide us refills. They even paid 100 Dhs for it I think, and picked it up from the apartment.
