Looking for recommendations for reliable people for maintenance in our Apartment in JLT. We don't need anything done at the moment but woul just like to have some names & numbers just in case

Looking for recommendations for reliable people for maintenance in our Apartment in JLT. We don't need anything done at the moment but woul just like to have some names & numbers just in case

Most apartment blocks have retained and/or 'in-house' maintenance people (although reliability varies wildly, in my experience). They handle plumbing/electrical repairs - and some will even fit curtain poles/blinds or hang pictures etc for a small fee.

The security guy in your building's lobby should know more.

I have spoken to them and thet will provide some services which is very useful. However, bearing in mond what Teuchter said if anyone has recommendations from people they have used that would also be great.

Hmmm 2 posts digging up old threads and you recommend the same people - don't happen to work for them do you? I suspect you do!
