I am Liza, my parents are settled in Uk for already more than 3 years. I first submitted my application for settlement 2 years back. I had submitted the false education document because of some rumours such as children above 18 yrs of age wouldn't be given visa if there wouldn't be a good education background. And my visa was rejected on the ground of false education document. I was given the right to appeal at that time but I didn't.
Then after completing my 12 and having a genuine education documents I applied again after one year. It's been one year that applied and my visa for settlement was rejected on the basis of not having enough documents shws my financial dependency on my parents, emails, phone bills etc.I was provided with the right to appeal again and this time I appealed. I am waiting for my hearing date and it's already been one year that my visa is rejected.
I have also heard that the submitting false document can prevent my chances for another 10 years.
Can u please advice me, what will happen?
