My Internet provider Instanet has made two incorrect payments from my bank using the visa electron card details I provided when I signed up. The charges total over 560 euros. It seems from publicity in the Malaga press that they have done this to many of their 8000 subscribers. The company claims it is a computer error but they are not responding to queries and have closed their telephone contact line. My bank says it can do nothing since I provided the Card details to the supplier and it is down to me to recover the money. Any ideas as to my rights?
