Hows everyone ?

I got some questions about above 2 visas.
Currently I'm interested in applying visa #190( ACT ) as my occupation is in the list.
Meaning I need to submit EOI( Expression of Interest ) to ACT & waiting for them to pick me.

Question :-

1) can someone sponsor me under visa 457 while I waiting for ACT to pick my EOI ?

2) standard business sponsor for visa 457 can it be a New Business ?

Yes you can get an employer sponsor while you wait for your invite.

A new business might be able to sponsor but unless it is a new branch of an existing company they will probably struggle to get approval straight away due to having to prove income and training requirements.
