I am in the process of uploading documents for SMC visa application. Little confused, on the difference between
Upload evidence of skilled employment: AND Upload evidence of skilled work experience

I have employment reference letter, payslips and tax documents - Should I upload all of these documents for both the questions? Kindly advise.

Upload whatever you have. Leave no room for immigration officer to doubt on your experience.

I have another question for you. I logged in realme account and I don't see an option for uploading the document.
