Hi friends,

I have currently have an EOI submitted for both 189 and 190.

However I am planning to travel to Australia for a Masters. Some say that my Study Visa could get rejected just because that i have applied for PR and therefore creating a conflict of interest.

Is this true ? have anyone any experience or advise regarding this ?

An EOI has no value whatsoever
You don’t have to declare it anywhere when you apply for education visa
If you are so paranoid, withdraw it and resubmit it once you have your student visa granted
