Please let me know, Do we need to upload certified(Notarised/JP) documents for 189 visa?

Colour scan copies for English documents is fine.

Black and White English payslip if company letterhead is there is usually accepted.

For not in English, it needs to be translated, notarized, scanned and then upload.
