Dear Sir/Madam
I’m currently holding a tier 4 visa now graduated BA degree in UK (Thai Passport holder) My Tier 4 visa will be expired on October 2014, but because I have transferred my associated degree credits when I studied in US, I’d be able to have my first year in UK University exempted. I’m now graduated which left me one year of validity to stay in UK.
Couple weeks ago, I have received a letter from school basically notifies that I have to leave the country within 60 days after graduation due to completion the course earlier than expected. Since I am now having 18 months of same sex relationship with British citizen, I have been living with him only in the past 12 months without sharing any joint bills-account but the same address. Am I eligible to apply for unmarried partnership (FLR-M) without having to go back to apply from my home country?
So far, I have my proof of “our “address which includes:
- Letters from school
- My certificate of graduation- with the address
- Mobile Phone bills
- Bank Statement
- My P60
- Pay slip in the past 18 months of working in UK
- Letter from National Insurance, Job Centre
Thank you for your time and effort
Thank you for all reply 

You're not eligible. The main requirement is that you have lived together in a relationship akin to marriage for 2 years and you must have joint responsibilities to prove it. As you have only been living together for 1 year and you have no joint commitments, you do not qualify.
