Question about my application dates

I just want to make sure my dates are all in line before I apply. I have read a lot about the 28 day rule and not applying before 3 months of leaving and etc so I just want to make sure that we on the right page. Here is our timeline.

August 12, 2013 Employment Contract signed
August 25, 2013 last pay slip deposited in bank (statement will show this date)
August 30, 2013 Utility bills for proof of address
September 1, 2013 Letters from Employer for proof of work, wages and payslips
September 1, 2013 Accommodation Invitation letter
September 5, 2013 Sponsor Letter
September 6, 2013 Letter of Introduction
September 10, 2013 Bank Statement Date (I know this because I called the bank)
September 11, 2013 Tentative Online Application Date
December 1, 2013 Date we are scheduled to leave ( tickets NOT booked until Visa received)

Does the above timeline/dates look okay? Am I good to apply on September 11, 2013?

Am I correct in understanding that nothing should be dated after the date of application online, which is the day you submit and apply for your application?

One other question--- Does the letter from our landlord to show proof that my husband and I have been living together for almost 4 years need to be notarized?

Thank you for all the help, we are so close to applying that I can barely sit still.

Pay slips and bank statements are the only things that can be no older than 28 days old at the day of application so you're fine. Everything else should be current but there is no firm requirement that they fall with in a specific age range.

I don't think you need a letter from your landlord confirming you live together at all. Isn't the lease in both your names? You also have utility bills which you don't need for proof of address but to prove that you've been living together.

Everything must be dated before your actual application date.

Nycoln, thank you for your help.

We do not have a lease agreement, which is why i was going to submit the letter from the landlord, is that okay, and if so, does the letter need to be notarized?
Do you have utility bills, bank statements, etc proving that you live together at the same address? If you don't have a lease then a letter from some random person who claims to be your landlord saying that you've lived there doesn't sound like very convincing evidence of anything.

We have bank statements, certificate of deposits, credit card statements, and utility bills all showing both our names and our address along with copies of our drivers licenses showing our address that have been notarized all to prove that we live at our address. We were just putting the letter from the landlord in as good measure. Does that sound like sufficient evidence? Should we include the landlord letter if so should it be notarized?
I would leave out the landlord letter. Without proof that he's actually your landlord it's subjective.
