If it helps, my husband was on a fiance visa and put down his occupation as 'graphic designer' even though he wasn't currently working and wasn't allowed to on the fiance visa.
As you've already been advised, it isn't a problem.
Just wanted to let you know I'd recently done the same with no issues.
