Make sure you do some research on Cohabitation laws in UAE, sharing does happen, just be aware of what is allowed, also the up and downsides for those who are sharing.

I agree with Mr Rossi, just use Dubizzle, if you choose to do it.

Just to be clear, two people of the same sex sharing an apartment is NOT illegal.

However, if both the names are not there on the tenancy contract, one of them would technically be sub-letting. The landlord (and contract) may have policies against sub-letting, so you would be in violation of the contract. In such cases, the landlord may have the right to evict the tenant, but it is not an easy process either.

Thank you all for advices. We can sublet just an apartment is very huge...the owner half of the year spend in another city so... It is quite expensive flat to rent so we thought two persons (the same sex of course or family) can rent it for some months. But for sure we should check everything...
