I found another "grey area" which i would like advice about.
My Fiance (Russian) is applying for her Fiance Visa this week and question 2.8 on financial form asks:
Do you intend to work in the UK?

Well, she will intend to work after she gets her Spouse Visa, which is obviously the process after her Fiance visa is granted and after we are married, so do we put yes or no to this?

I think these questions should have more clarity really.

It's a one size fits all settlement visa application covering fiances, spouses, civil and unmarried partners. They aren't trying to trick you. If she intends to eventually work, put yes.

Again, a very concise and well informed reply. Thanks Nyclon. I think to be safe, she will mention that she intends to work after marrying me and subsequently applying for a UK Spouse Visa?
