Dear Friends,

I have 5 points for overseas experience. With your past experience, can anyone please advise when I will reach 10 points(assume I continue with same employer) for overseas experience? by the end of January 2018?

Please refer the image for my employment history.

You just have to sum up the total overseas experience and find out if its more than 5 years or if its not when will it be more than 5 years.
Anyway
I just totaled your overseas work ex.
Job 1 - 124 days
Job 2 - 932 days
Job 3 - 363 days
Job 4 - 395 days (At the end of Jan, 2018)
Total is 1814
1814/365 = 4.96 years
1829/365 = 5.01 years (Extra 15 days)
You'll have to work till 15th Feb atleast to get your overseas experience over 5 years.

Dear friends, do we need to get our skills have already assessed by the time we submit an EOI? Would it be ok to just claim first and get the assessment later?

I mean would CO be okay if the date of outcome letter be later than the DOE?

Cheers

No, you cannot claim first and get an assessment later.
No, CO will not be okay with it.

Get your assessment first, along with English test results (if applicable), and then submit an EOI.
