Hi team,

My employer is willing to sponsor my PR but they are not aware of which category they file

Can i file in 186 under direct entry

I am on 457 for last 11 months with same employer

My overseas experience certified by acs under same anzco as 457 is above 3 years

What are the English Requirements for this?

Also Can i travel when my application is under processing?

Your employer can sponsor you under 186 Employer nominated scheme

http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/186-

You are eligible under the same
You need Competent English

As long as you are on the 457 you will be bound by the rules under the same.
I think you are allowed to travel under that but do recheck the conditions

The moment your 457 expires, the bridging visa will kick in and you not have the right to travel

Cheers

If neither you or your employer knows much about 186 visas, you may be wise to speak with a migration agent for assistance.

Hello Newbienz

I couldn't find an exact thread discussing regarding my question. I heard about you a lot on the expat forum and hence asking for your help.

I am being sponsored by my employer via 186. Now, employer has already filled the nomination application and sent me the nomination TRN to apply for the 186 visa from my own immi account.

I filled the application form but now while submitting it is asking for the payment details.

I am not sure whose payment details I shall key in. It never said on the payment page that key in the employer's payment details as it is a employer nominated.

Please help!
