My quad is registered and taxed in Spain for road use. But it has tyres fitted since new which clearly state 'not for highway/road use'. Yet it passed its ITV. Anyone know if I am legal using it on the road? Maybe these are the only tyres available.

Look on the Ficha tecnica & see what size, type ,rating tyres it states. If they match up then it shouldn't be a problem but personally I'd want to change to something that didn't have that on the sidewall. normally they are only rated for a certain speed.

Thanks for the reply, Gus-Lopez. The Ficha technical only specifies the tyre size, which is correct on the machine. Maybe the speed limitation of the Grizzly, 45km/h on roads reflects the type of tyre available for quads?
I'll check further on another site. Thanks again.
