I bought online coaching from Pravin Salkade via skype. he is from india and I was happy with his service. skype sessions are mainly for 3-5 people and takes 6 days a week for 3 weeks.
below his website. so this was not a private one to one session but it was not expensive compared to private tutoring. indian accent might be problem to understand for foreigners, though it was ok for me as I got many indian colleagues before.
