Hi All,

I read few threads on overseas license as well as referred some links in rms (Driver licence - Licence - Roads - Roads and Maritime Services) and (Moving to NSW - Licence - Roads - Roads and Maritime Services) but couldn't figure out how long I could drive a car with Provisional resident status.

It is stated here (Visiting NSW - Licence - Roads - Roads and Maritime Services)
that
If you hold an overseas licence, you are allowed to drive the vehicles covered by your overseas licence in NSW indefinitely
does that mean that I could drive indefinitely because I am still not a Permanent Resident.

Any view(s)??

Thank you

Until you get PR, you can drive with overseas license when you are following the Australian road rules.

When you get PR, you have 3 months time to convert it to oz license.
