Hi,
I am currently selling a property in Tuscany but the market is slow....everywhere I think.
I am considering swapping the property for one in France or even in the UK. Does anyone know how to go about this?

You'd have to talk to a notaire in France, but swap or regular sale and purchase, you would be facing hefty notaire fees.
