Hello and good afternoon to you all

My question is

How do I go about getting the property report for the fiance visa

Do I go to the council to get this or do I get a company to do this..

How long is it valid for ? Could I go to this next week

Thank you for your time :)

Ask the council first - likely to be cheaper. If they don't do it, contact a local surveyor or perhaps an online provider.
Some reports carry validity period, but generally it just has to be up to date.

No to the photos, the report is what proves it will not be overcrowded, but yes you need a letter of invitation from them.

As report is independently produced, it carries more weight that what you or your parents can say.
