Hi guys

I have one question for this community.

My wife and I made our EOI through Immigration agent, We are applying to ACT like SS (55+5) the reason why we need to update is becouse now our carrer is sponsored in ACT and before no, but he tell us he cant update our EOI becouse the system (I think DIBP System) have problems since monday.

Anyone else have the same problem?

I do not have that problem. I made an EOI on my own and able to update it.

Can any senior advise me on below clarification?
Does EOI Last Submitted Date affected on our queue?
Or the queue is as per EOI Initially Submitted Date?

As I don't use any immigration agent, I can log into my account and update as and when necessary. If your EOI is lodged by immigration agent, they might get hold of your EOI account and password. I am not sure about that.

You can update your EOI as many times as you want as long as your points do not change, your position in the queue does not change and the date of effect, which is the important date, will be the day you initially submitted the EOI

Only when there is a change in points, the date of effect is changed to the current date
