Presenting to the AHPRA office

Hello,
I have just received my acceptance letter from the AHPRA in Sydney but does anyone no how long they allow too present yourself to the board? I have booked my flights in September so I have a few months before I go?
I also have a concern with categories C and D as I won't have a permanent address when I arrive in sydney? I do hold a UK driving license if that is allowed for proof of identity?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I can't wait to go to Oz,
